Muriatic Acid is a solution of Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) in water also known as Hydrochloric Acid or Fuming Hydrochloric Acid. Muriatic Acid plays very important roel during cement cargo hold cleaning.  As the muriatic acid comes into contact with concrete, it reacts and produces calcium carbonate a powder residue. The residue can be renoved by rinsing with the water.

The Following is the procedure which is carried out while cleaning the concrete surface.

Step 1

Decale Powder Polymer is concentrated liquid with specifically formulated and developed to rapidly clean mineral scale from passages in water cooled and heated equipment. Since the scales are very damaging to the boiler because they interfere with the heat transfer and lead to overheating which eventually rupture boiler. Due to this the boiler efficiency decrease, heat consumption increases and also decreases the shelf life of the equipment.

The hold cleaning process can be made easy by adopting these 3 steps-

First of all clean entire area by dry sweeping, this will not only helps to get cargo ready fast but also helps to reduce cleaner quantity requirements. Then apply chemical cleaner to reacts or neutralised residue content. Finally high pressure water wash will help to get optimum results.
