Sodium Dihydrogen orthoPhosphate Dihydrate AR is a reagent with very high buffering capacity widely used in molecular biology, biochemistry and chromatography. Sodium Phosphate dibasic is highly hygroscopic and water soluble. 

Application & Usage

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate is typically used as a phosphate buffer system component for downstream biomolecule chromatography steps or final liquid formulation

Notes

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is an ionic compound. And it gets formed when the hydrogen atom of the phosphoric acid gets replaced by a metal ion (Na+). That's why; sodium dihydrogen phosphate qualifies to be a salt too.
