Product Description

Potassium metavanadate appears as a colorless to pale green colored crystalline solid. Denser than water. Contact may irritate skin, eyes and mucous membranes. May be toxic by ingestion. Used to make dyes, inks and laundry compounds.
Potassium metavanadate is used as a corrosion inhibitor and anti-scaling agent. Potassium metavanadate is also often used in the chemical fertilizer industry, glass and ceramics industry, pharmaceutical industry, in the production of pigments for plastics, paints, ceramics.
